When you let somebody loose on your house to do the sort of things we do, you expect more than a 12-month guarantee in case one of the boxes blows a fuse. At i.life, almost uniquely we believe, we offer our customers the option of a Managed Service contract, so that if anything does go wrong, or there’s an aspect of the system you don’t understand, you have access to a helpdesk facility to put things right, with a next day call-out if the helpdesk can’t solve the problem.
